Pope Leo XIV Appoints Susan From the Parish Council to Vatican Dicastery of Culture and Education
Pope Leo XIV has made another appointment for a key Vatican dicastery, the Dicastery for Culture and Education, appointing the world-famous “Susan from the Parish Council” to the key position as head of the Vatican dicastery organization responsible for the Church’s official “dialogue” with the culture as well as coordinating Vatican influence over Catholic education.
Susan from the Parish Council is the second woman that Leo XIV has appointed to lead a Vatican dicastery after yesterday’s appointment of Sister Tiziana Merletti as the Secretary for the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. Susan, the longstanding president of the parish council for the Parish Cluster of Blessed Stanley Rother, made up of St. Patrick’s, St. Francis, and St. Peter Damian, is a feminist and liberal influencer both locally and nationally, sharing her opinions, frequent notes of thanksgiving for Vatican II and guitar music in Church, and condemnations of “judgemental people” to her tens of thousands of followers.
Although some critics claim, as others do with IIT’s very own
, that Susan from the Parish Council doesn’t exist and is a satire account run by Dr. Taylor Marshall, reaction to her appointment is already very real and very negative, with the appointment confirming the fears of at as well as Tim Gordon of the Rules for Retrogrades podcast that Leo XIV is just about as woke of a Pope as Francis.Until Pope Francis appointed Sister Simona Brambilla as prefect of the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, and Pope Leo XIV replaced her with Sister Tiziana Merletti, women had never held official positions of ecclesiastical governance in the Vatican.
Women, like Susan, of course, run absolutely everything else in the Church already, especially at the local level, as with our prior coverage of some of Susan’s own infiltrative actions here:
Do men even have a future in Church administration and government? I guess we at IIT have to agree with Chris and Tim Gordon’s fears. At this rate, especially with Susan from the Parish Council set to take on a role in the Vatican, women will soon hold every possible role like this in the Church.
Susan has not yet commented online to her followers about her appointment, but sources close to her say she is ecstatic about the opportunities available to her to promote “inclusive esoteric spiritualities”, “yoga”, “Led Zeppelin-influenced religious education” around the world.
Dr. Taylor Marshall, meanwhile, argued today on his podcast, that, “as bad as it may look on the outside, it’s actually a really based thing for Leo XIV to have appointed Susan, as at least she’s better than Fr. James Martin would have been in this position and her appointment to this Vatican dicastery will remove her from her parish council position.”
So is it fake news or real?
Noooooo……not Susan from the Parish Council! Lord have Mercy!
